A Truro wedding with Tanya & Mike

Tanya & Mike picked me up through facebook and were looking for an all day photographer to record their ceremony and group pictures as well as the party afterward so of course I jumped at the opportunity to give them great wedding photos for their wedding day in Truro.

They held their ceremony in the Truro registry office and had the reception in town afterward. It was a sunny day and I just couldn't wait to get to Truro to capture their awesome wedding day. They had a slight alternative style with their wedding shoes and all of the groomsmen and flower girls and bridesmaids had a pair of converse on which was awesome there was pink orange and green sneakers everywhere making for a lovely little twist.

There was some lovely moments through-out the day as well as awesome rocking on the dancefloor in Truro afterward.

Tanya & Mike were amazing hosts and just loved their alternative wedding twists as well as an awesome band for the first dance and evening dancing. They had some emotional moments that I managed to capture including a birthday I believe and lots of romance and fun. Blow up guitars for the kids and lots of amazing moments were had. Such a pleasure to be invited along to document their wedding day and Truro registry office provided a great garden for pictures upon exiting the registry room. Everyone there had a blast and Tanya and Mike are likely to give me a call this year for some family portraits as well.

Was such an awesome day looking back on it, everything went to plan and there was plenty of food and cake and dancing and beverages pretty much all you need on a wedding day.
